Online Capacity Training — Phase 1

General Assembly & Networking Event

The TUNE General Assembly and Networking Event, held on November 5-6, 2024, brought members together to review and finalize the network’s strategy, which was later approved by the EU as its guiding framework. The strategy outlines TUNE’s vision, governance, and priorities, focusing on youth work recognition, digital democracy, local projects, policymaker engagement, inclusion, and gender balance. Roundtable discussions and plenary debates shaped the final version, ensuring a collective and inclusive decision-making process.

Follow-Up Local Activities: Applying ICT Tools for E-Advocacy

Following the online training, participants will apply ICT tools for e-Advocacy in their local communities through hands-on activities. These follow-up initiatives will involve digital campaigns, online petitions, virtual discussions, and social media advocacy, enabling young people to engage with decision-makers and amplify their voices on key issues. Participants will also conduct workshops and peer-learning sessions to share their knowledge with others, ensuring wider adoption of e-Participation methods. By putting their newly acquired skills into practice, they will contribute to strengthening digital civic engagement and fostering a culture of inclusive and impactful online advocacy.
