As the TUNE Network expands, we’ve taken a major step in shaping our collective future. Through a collaborative SWOT analysis, conducted in April 2025, members shared insights on the network’s strengths, challenges, and future direction to inform the upcoming FPA and Annual Work Plan.
What We Learned
TUNE’s strength lies in its diversity, shared values, and strong partnerships. Members praised the network’s focus on youth empowerment, democratic participation, and cross-border cooperation. Areas like member engagement, internal communication, and external visibility were highlighted as points to advance in the future. Key opportunities include embracing digital tools, supporting youth-led actions, engaging in local policy advocacy, and expanding into themes such as mental health and anti-racism. The network members should remain alert to the risk of shrinking civic space.
Looking Ahead
Based on these findings, we are setting our strategic direction around deeper member ownership, stronger outreach, and innovative youth participation models.
TUNE is ready to evolve—from a project-based network to a powerful platform for youth-led change in Europe.
