The TUNE General Assembly and Networking Event, held on November 5-6, 2024, brought members together to review and finalize the network’s strategy, which was later approved by the EU as its guiding framework. The strategy outlines TUNE’s vision, governance, and priorities, focusing on youth work recognition, digital democracy, local projects, policymaker engagement, inclusion, and gender balance. Roundtable discussions and plenary debates shaped the final version, ensuring a collective and inclusive decision-making process.
The Networking Event provided a platform for capacity-building, collaboration, and knowledge exchange among members. It featured training on project management and funding opportunities, delivered in collaboration with partner organizations, equipping participants with practical skills in youth project planning, impact measurement, proposal writing, and budget management. Additionally, networking sessions fostered partnership-building and cross-sector cooperation, allowing organizations to explore joint initiatives, funding opportunities, and strategic collaborations. Through interactive discussions, participants exchanged best practices, challenges, and innovative approaches to strengthening youth engagement and democratic participation. The event played a crucial role in expanding the network’s outreach and reinforcing long-term cooperation among its members.
