The TUNE Network ICT Online Training, held on October 7-8 and 14-15, provided participants with practical skills and strategies in e-Participation, e-Advocacy, and e-Democracy. The sessions explored how digital tools can connect citizens with decision-makers, making advocacy more inclusive and effective. Participants engaged with ICT tools for e-Advocacy, analyzed real-world case studies, and discussed implementation strategies for digital campaigns. They also worked with Design Thinking and Ideation, using these methods to develop creative solutions for citizen engagement and co-creation in advocacy efforts.
By the end of the training, participants had enhanced their ability to use digital tools for participation and advocacy. They gained a clear understanding of how to design impactful e-Advocacy campaigns and practiced applying the SMART goals framework for structured action planning. The sessions also facilitated the exchange of good practices, helping participants refine their strategies for promoting digital democratic engagement in their communities and networks.
